This anaerobic natural processed coffee is a prime example of what can be produced in Colombia at low elevations using different practices.  It challenges the historical precedent of lower elevations as the territory of commercial, low-grade coffee.


Tasting notes include round, elegant, dry red fruit sangria and sweet, syrupy stone fruit jam, followed by a pleasant, lingering cacao nib finish. 

12oz/340g of whole bean coffee. This coffee is a light roast and has a unique flavor experience due to the nature of anaerobic processing.
