This is the second coffee in our Namesake series and holds a special place in our history and our hearts. Hacienda La Minita is one of our core producers and we are thrilled to release this very special coffee grown by them. Honey Processed coffees are named for the thick, viscus residue that forms around the coffee during the washing process, which is a result of leaving the mucilage layer of the coffee on the seed (bean) during processing. The coffee absorbs sugars from this layer, which help contribute to the full body and natural sweetness present in the final cup.
