This lactic anaerobic processed coffee is a beautifully sweet and unique coffee from Colombia.


Tasting notes include cream soda, red grape, and white chocolate.  It's low acidity, a light-medium roast, with a pleasant coating mouthfeel and sweet, lingering finish. 

We were introduced to this coffee through one of our dear friends in the industry who we know through the latte art world, Camilo Sanchez Gomez.  Camilo has been working to import coffees from the areas around his family's coffee farm in Nariño.  This coffee is one of the most unique and extraordinary coffees we've ever tasted and we believe that its' flavor profile would appeal to everyone from the most particular coffee aficionado to people who are new to coffee.  In short, it's both unique and approachable, which we love.
