This coffee is *SPECIAL* and limited edition. Robusta is a different species of the coffee plant than what most specialty coffee companies in the US carry. It's known for being full bodied and low acidity. It grows at lower altitudes than Arabica and it's less prone to tree diseases. We have been working to source a Vietnamese Robusta since we first started roasting coffee in 2020.
